Last updated: June 4, 2026 1. Agreement. These Terms govern your access to and use of TertulIA (the "Site") and its courses and memberships (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. 2. Who we are. The Service is operated by Dr. Diego Bonilla (sole proprietor), operating as TertulIA ("TertulIA," "we," "us"). Questions: [email protected]. 3. Your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Accounts are for one individual and may not be shared. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be the age of majority in your place of residence (or have a guardian's consent) to purchase. 4. Memberships and billing. TertulIA memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through our payment processor until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize us (via the processor) to charge your payment method each billing period at the then-current price. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current paid period (see the Refund Policy). We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing period. 5. License to use the content. While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the courses and to download the worksheets and notebooks for your own learning. This license ends if your subscription ends, except that worksheets and notebooks you've already downloaded remain yours to use personally. 6. Intellectual property and copyright. All content on TertulIA — including course videos, audio, worksheets, Colab notebooks, code, written lessons, graphics, and the TertulIA name and logo — is the intellectual property of Dr. Diego Bonilla / TertulIA, protected by copyright and other laws. Your access grants the personal license in Section 5 only. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly share, or post the videos or written materials; share your login; or use any TertulIA materials to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning systems — without prior written permission. Brief quotation for review or commentary, with attribution, is welcome. 7. Acceptable use. Don't: share or resell access; scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy the Service; reverse-engineer the Site; remove notices; use the materials to train or evaluate machine-learning systems; or use the Service unlawfully. 8. Educational content and disclaimers. TertulIA is educational. AI tools change quickly; lessons reflect our understanding at the time of recording and may become outdated. The Service and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You're responsible for how you apply what you learn and for complying with the terms of any third-party AI tools you use. 9. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TertulIA and Dr. Diego Bonilla won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. 10. Termination. You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms (for example, sharing logins or redistributing content). 11. Changes. We may update these Terms; we'll post the new date and, for material changes, give notice. Continued use means acceptance. 12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Debes proporcionar información veraz y mantener tu acceso seguro. Las cuentas son para una sola persona y no pueden compartirse. Eres responsable de la actividad en tu cuenta. Debes tener la mayoría de edad en tu lugar de residencia (o contar con el consentimiento de un tutor) para comprar. 4. Membresías y facturación. Las membresías de TertulIA son suscripciones recurrentes que se cobran de forma mensual o anual a través de nuestro procesador de pagos hasta que se cancelen. Al suscribirte, nos autorizas (mediante el procesador) a cobrar tu método de pago en cada periodo al precio vigente. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras desde tu cuenta; la cancelación detiene los cobros futuros y tu acceso continúa hasta el final del periodo pagado en curso (ver la Política de Reembolsos). Podemos cambiar los precios con aviso razonable; los cambios aplican al siguiente periodo. 5. Licencia de uso del contenido. Mientras tu suscripción esté activa, te otorgamos una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para acceder a los cursos y descargar las fichas y los cuadernos para tu propio aprendizaje. Esta licencia termina si tu suscripción termina, salvo que las fichas y cuadernos que ya hayas descargado siguen siendo tuyos para uso personal. 6. Propiedad intelectual y derechos de autor. Todo el contenido de TertulIA — videos, audio, fichas, cuadernos de Colab, código, lecciones escritas, gráficos, y el nombre y logotipo de TertulIA — es propiedad intelectual del Dr. Diego Bonilla / TertulIA, protegida por las leyes de derechos de autor y otras. Tu acceso otorga únicamente la licencia personal de la Sección 5. No puedes copiar, republicar, redistribuir, vender, sublicenciar, compartir públicamente ni publicar los videos o materiales escritos; compartir tu acceso; ni usar ningún material de TertulIA para entrenar, ajustar o evaluar sistemas de aprendizaje automático — sin autorización previa por escrito. Se permite la cita breve para reseña o comentario, con atribución. 7. Uso aceptable. No debes: compartir ni revender el acceso; extraer (scraping), descargar masivamente o copiar sistemáticamente el Servicio; aplicar ingeniería inversa al Sitio; eliminar avisos; usar los materiales para entrenar o evaluar sistemas de aprendizaje automático; ni usar el Servicio de forma ilícita. 8. Contenido educativo y avisos. TertulIA es educativo. Las herramientas de IA cambian rápido; las lecciones reflejan nuestro entendimiento al momento de grabarlas y pueden quedar desactualizadas. El Servicio y su contenido se ofrecen "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo. Nada aquí constituye asesoría profesional, legal, financiera o de inversión. Eres responsable de cómo aplicas lo que aprendes y de cumplir los términos de las herramientas de IA de terceros que uses. 9. Limitación de responsabilidad. En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, TertulIA y el Dr. Diego Bonilla no serán responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni por montos que excedan lo que nos pagaste en los 12 meses previos al reclamo. Algunas jurisdicciones no permiten estos límites, por lo que podrían no aplicarte por completo. 10. Terminación. Puedes dejar de usar el Servicio cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso por incumplimiento de estos Términos (por ejemplo, compartir el acceso o redistribuir contenido). 11. Cambios. Podemos actualizar estos Términos; publicaremos la nueva fecha y, para cambios importantes, daremos aviso. El uso continuado implica aceptación. 12. Ley aplicable. Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de California, EE. UU., sin atención a sus normas de conflicto de leyes.
